Admissions to Starlite Recovery Center

We provide a screening prior to admission to determine what forms of treatment are necessary. If the need for treatment is established, then we would suggest scheduling admission immediately as the disease of addiction can become increasingly worse over time. During this screening process we would screen for medical necessity as well to insure that your insurance benefit can be utilized. Upon admission our Nursing Department will screen as well to address potential Medical issues and report to the physician any concerns. Our physician will then perform a History and Physical exam.

If further testing is required we would order those test such as labs and X-Rays at that time or as the need arose. In addition, our Clinicians would complete a Psychiatric Social Assessment. The accumulation of these assessments is to design an initial treatment plan specific to each individual’s needs.

Starlite Recovery Center accepts most major forms of insurance. We are an in-network provider or a preferred provider organization (PPO) with most commercial insurance companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Beacon Health Options (formerly ValueOptions), Cigna, and Private Healthcare Systems, Inc. (PHCS).

We also accept some managed Texas Medicaid, but please note that we are not a Medicare provider.

Also, please note that clients may be responsible for insurance copays as well as certain services, such as pharmacy charges or medications that fall outside the scope of typical substance use disorder treatment.

The admissions staff is here Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Central time and weekends 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We also have on-call counselors that can assist with after-hours admissions.
