A Streamlined Referral Process
We value your time, so we strive to make our referral process as seamless as possible. To refer a patient to us, you can contact our admissions team 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone, email, or fax.
We make every effort to gather all necessary information and documentation during that initial phone call. This may include:
- Your contact information
- Patient demographics
- Patient insurance information
- Patient medical records
- Patient history and physical information
- Patient reporting requirements (EAP, military, court)
If we determine that Starlite Recovery Center is the best fit for your patient’s needs, we will work directly with your patient and their family, if appropriate, to conduct a prescreening, complete a detailed assessment, verify their benefits, and arrange any necessary transportation.
We do our best to make the referral process collaborative so you can stay updated on your patient’s progress, if you so choose, throughout their time in treatment. Once we have your patient’s authorization, we will contact you to discuss how you prefer to receive updates and to coordinate with you on their discharge planning.
